Teller County Libraries are the following 4: Florissant Branch/Rampart Ld, Franklin Ferguson Memorial Library, Victor Public Library, and Woodland Park Public Library.

Woodland Park Public Library programs include AARP Driver Safety Program, Bhutan Book, Book Club, Genealogy Resources Workshop,
Photo Journal Up The Pikes Peak Highway, and Lunch and a Movie. Computer stations with Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher are available to patrons. The library has a range of a books, videos, compact discs, and tapes available for checkout. Internet sessions are limited to 30 minutes if other patrons are waiting to use computers. Meeting rooms are also available to non-profit organizations, community groups, and for-profit/business organizations for the presentation and exchange of information, regardless of their affiliations or beliefs.
